Miss Amanda
Acro, Tap, Conditioning & Tumbling - Masters in Kinesiology & Future MeD
Amanda Hall is an award winning choreographer, accomplished dancer, teacher, performer and adjudicator who has been dancing since the age of 3. As a young dancer, Amanda trained in the disciplines of, ballet, jazz, tap, acro, modern, contemporary and lyrical, competing across Canada and the USA. Her performances also include regional shows, television shows, and industrial showcases.
Amanda is a certified Member of the British Association of Teachers of Dance in Ballet, Stage (tap), Modern and Acro. She is also certified with Acrobatics Arts and Professional Adjudicators Alliance.
Amanda graduated with a Masters degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University. Studying anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and sport psychology. During her time at university, Amanda was the coordinator for the dance department and artistic director for their biannual showcase.
With her education and years of teaching experience, Amanda has a comprehensive understanding of how the human body is supposed to move and uses this to help develop her dance students safely.
Amanda loves to share her passion for dance with her students while teaching a fun and effective class each week.
Miss Anastasia
Hip Hop & Contemporary - MDCCP Certificate
Anastasia Vasilevski has been dancing, performing, competing and teaching in various styles and techniques for 19 years. She has competed throughout Ontario with the Denise Lester Dance Academy in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Acrobatics and Hip Hop. Last year, Anastasia was accepted into the prestigious Millennium Dance Complex in Hollywood where she completed her MDCCP certificate in dance. She has performed in Toronto and the GTA. Anastasia has also taught competitive dance at various studios in the GTA as well as guest instructed for the past 4 years at high schools in Toronto.
Miss Erin
Mini (Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Acro), Jazz, Musical Theatre, Adult Dance & Aspiring RAD RTS
Erin started her first dance classes at the age of 4 and has been dancing competitively since the age of 12. She has trained in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, and Musical Theatre. Her main focus when dancing was Ballet and she has successfully completed her Advanced 2 RAD ballet exams. Erin has also trained professionally and competed in Ballroom and Latin styles such as Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Salas, Cha-Cha and Rumba.
Miss Lauren
Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet - BFA
Lauren grew up in Ajax, Ontario, Canada where her love of performance blossomed. She continued her training and education at Point Park University where she graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Dance as well as a minor in Entrepreneurship.
Among the many concert and commercial dance roles and film/television experiences along the way, Lauren has been part of several Conservatory Dance Company shows and Conservatory Theatre Company shows; her most recent role performing as the lead Frug in Michael Rupert's Sweet Charity. She has had the opportunity to tour twice to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with Creativiva, a Toronto based private and corporate entertainment company to perform in their productions of Alice in Wonderland and Cinderella. In addition to working with Norwegian Cruise Lines, Lauren has also worked with Holland America Cruise Lines as a cast member hired by RWS Entertainment Group, a well-renowned production company based in New York City.
During her time at sea, she has performed in a variety of shows; from Latin ballroom and jazz funk to classical ballet, contemporary, and character roles. She has taught at a plethora of dance studios and workshops, inspiring many with her extensive knowledge and drive. Lauren wishes to continue her career in the theatre and dance industry and aspires to educate younger dancers to become curious, confident, well-rounded artists.
